A One-Person Company Must Turn Delivery Into Assets

The most important result this week was receiving 3,000 yuan for the two-week Wanxiang AI Lab training. The amount is small, but it turned the week from merely figuring things out into real cash flow. It also forced a clearer operating judgment: a one-person company cannot only chase busyness; it must pursue work that can be collected, reused and sold. Next week's main battle is to turn the completed FDE finance AI manual into a practical tutorial and use the new weekly report format to test whether content assets, tutorials and service entry points can convert.
What I completed
- Received 3,000 yuan from the Wanxiang AI Lab two-week training, creating confirmed cash flow this week
- Completed the FDE finance AI manual and clarified that enterprise AI enablement must land in roles, workflows, spreadsheets and SOPs
- Sent Dayong's three-day enterprise AI enablement training outline and received verbal approval
- Moved the Yifei project to paused observation to avoid spending more energy while ERP, API, data access and scope remain unclear
- Published and recorded last week's report, beginning to observe performance data for the weekly report format
Problems encountered
- Last week's report performed poorly, showing that diary-style reviews do not create enough reader value
- If every bit of revenue depends on ad hoc projects, a one-person company will always be chased by delivery work
- Verbal approval is not a deal; apparent interest should not be mistaken for a reason to invest heavily
- The weekly report still lacks a real conflict, operating judgment, reusable method, next-week suspense and a purchase entry point
Next week
- Write the first version of the FDE finance AI practical tutorial with a real scenario, problem, AI intervention method, template steps and purchase entry point
- Rework the one-person company report around a new structure: real conflict, operating judgment, asset-building method, next validation and subscription entry
- Release a purchase or subscription entry point and validate demand through WeChat Moments, article endings, DM keywords or a small paid entry
- Clear three hanging tasks on Monday: social insurance and housing fund payments, Wanxiang invoice issuance, and the renovation Xiaohongshu draft
- Lightly follow up on Dayong's training outline, wait for real feedback and keep it from taking resources away from the main battle
